Studio Donati’s project for the new Linea Più headquarters in Pavia, a service company operating in the energy and environment sector, has transformed the historic former Snia factory into a comfortable office and front office environment through a specific intervention of restructuring, recovering the structure and enhancing the metal trusses. The spirit of the intervention consists of the creation of an open and fluid space, in which the barriers between customers and operators are eliminated in the name of transparency and involvement, and with Buzzi sound-absorbing furnishings, thematic islands dedicated to workstations are open to the public, with sofas for waiting
Sofas for waiting
The waiting areas, custom designed by Studio Donati, are interpreted in an unusual way, as areas of rest are perfectly integrated into the environment, in order to involve the customer. The finishing materials used have been carefully selected for their acoustic impact prerogatives and attention to the environment: the Buzzi Tile panels are in fact made of recycled material.
The project is also characterized by the transparency of the workstations open to the public, designed in an innovative way compared to traditional "cages", with circular islands surrounded by Buzzi Blinds vertical blades in green felt that evoke large blades of grass and plant shapes. Green chromatism, the social color of Linea Più, is the common thread of all the furnishings and installations.
