From 2003 to 2006, 600 “Retail” agencies were created and set up throughout the entire peninsula, including the islands, widely distributed in order to service a specific customer segment. In 2011 a framework agreement for setting up an additional 60 standard agencies was further lengthened.

The operational station for receiving the public shows a glass front in silver crystal glass, to which the worktop is bound. The public service oval top has an upper part in Corian. The workstation is shielded at the sides by panels with pear wood finish.
The vertical containers have a structural function besides that of a simple containment, their finish consists of overlapping lacquered orange horizontal bands, marked by horizontal grooves. The work top, with a pear wood finish, has vertical interchangeable elements, fitted with drawers and fixed and sliding shelves suitable for housing a PC and printer.
The containment structure of the ATM consists of a front panel in metallic paint. The pear wood sides, with a bullnose front edge in solid wood, frame and support the ATM, and protect customers’ privacy by jutting out.
